Flowers on Friday

There are lots of wildflowers growing on the backside of our pond.

These are our Fall (October) wildflowers sorry Mom is so behind on the pictures.

Mom also plants native flowers in her flower beds, although most of these were volunteers.

Mom got artsy with some of the photographs. When the computer died she lost Paint Shop :>( so for her birthday she got the newest version of Paint Shop and has had lots of fun playing with it.

Mom went to all the trouble of planting cat mint for us.

And us ungrateful cats killed it.

Mom also planted fennel for the butterflies, it is doing excellent.

Hope you enjoyed our flowers. ~ATCAD

Beautiful photos for spring and we are glad you are safe. But PLEASE BE AWAY THAT TO STAY HOME AND DO NOT GO OUT IS THE ONLY WAY TO KILL THIS VIRUS AND STOP IT!
The country will NOT be open in April. Many will die if the president allows the distancing to end, It is a death warrant for thousands and America is now the leading country in the virus. PLEASE TELL YOUR NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS. This virus will not end unless we SEPARATE ourselves from one another. Look what happened in New Orleans. Two weeks after Mardi Gras there were over 1700 cases of corona because of the crowd contamination.
Thank you for keeping AWAY from others. You have lovely warm furry members of the family to soothe your anxieties.

We LURV native plants, sometimes called 'weeds'...
In fact, our neighbors had a huge collection of spiderwort in their garden, and they gave me permission to dig some up to transplant to our yard. They think it's weeds, but it's good for native insects! Hope mine comes up this year.
