This is a Blue Heron.

Mom is really good at stalking birds for a human she can get pretty close.

Socks' Banana Bush, it's a type of Magnolia.

Chinese Witch Hazel.

Candle Bush.

Loch Ness Monster??? OK it's a snake, but the way Mom and Miss Tammy acted you would have thought it was a MONSTER. It was in a bush in a flower bed they were working in. It would raise it's head like a periscope so now you saw it, then you didn't. Which they thought was creepy.

Mom still preferred that to the snake Yang brought in the house. ~ATCAD

If our mom saw that snake sticking it's head out of the shrub she would have run screaming from it. Was it a poisonous snake? At least around here all we have are harmless garter snakes but we bet you have some more dangerous ones where you live.; 4/13/2021 9:48 AM
