Thankful Thursday

We are so very thankful for all that we have. Our thoughts are with those who live in Ukraine, or who have fled the country.  We wanted to let our friends know about things they can do.

First there is a Blog for Peace event this weekend.

Second Digital Scrapbooking Studio is raising money to help. They have products for sale in a special Help Ukraine category for this purpose. All the kits are in PNG format so can be used with any photo editing program.

This March all proceeds raised in the special Help Ukraine category go directly to the International Committee of the Red Cross to hep fund humanitarian aid to Ukraine. In addition to donating their hard-earned sales, our Design Team has created this truly stunning limited-edition Mega Kit: The Road to Freedom.

One of our friends Sammy P has hyperthyroidism and the medication is harming his kidneys. We hope everyone will send him some healing purrs and POTP. We do not know if this will be an option for him but Sock's successfully controlled his hyperthyroidism with a special food made by Hill's. Since other cats may have the same problem we thought we would share the information here.

For those of you interested Socks did a very long post on it here and he lived many years longer on the y/d food. He died from Cancer of the Jaw, not anything hyperthyroid related. So in our experience the food does work, and we are very thankful that it did.

And we wanted to remind you about going purple. #FiveSibes #LiveGibStrong #PurpleDay March 26th in support of epilepsy awareness.

We are thankful that our friends are such caring individuals and support each other. And we are VERY THANKFUL that Fenris is feeling better. He will go to our regular Vet tomorrow and we will let you know what Mom and her decide.  ~ATCAD
