Tuiren Tuesday with Tuiren & Fenris

These pictures were taken February 28th, before Fenris got sick. As you can see we have an early Spring. Mom planted these flowers in the fall and they thrived all winter.

Mom is very pleased with how well this pot turned out.

Our azaleas bloomed early this year.

Fenris is no longer allowed to walk off leash as Mom is afraid he might fall in the pond or get tangled in the woods and be unable to get back if he went after a squirrel. He has been walking very nicely on leash. He even refrained from dragging us after a squirrel the other day. We aren't sure if it's because he didn't feel like it or if he realized Mom felt bad so gave her a break. He has always been good about walking nicely on leash when the Mom feels bad. He got his squirrel chasing in later when we were sitting in the back yard and he is still as fast as ever.

Although no walking off leash means no more pictures like this. In fact it probably means no walking pictures as I am bad to get the leashes tangle. Thankfully Fenris is good at getting them untangled.

Maybe one day I will learn not to switch sides, not to walk under him and not to.... there is a long list of things I need to NOT DO unfortunately I can't remember them all.

Mom says these are one of the first flowers of Spring. Grandma says they are Irish Bells (because of the green dot on them) but Mom doesn't think that is there real name.

We hope you enjoyed traveling back in time with us. ~Tuiren reporting for ATCAD with help from Fenris.

Your February looks a lot like our May. We're glad to hear Fenris is doing better even if he has to walk on leash.

The flowers look beautiful - especially the Irish Bells. I am NEVER allowed off leash, F. Apparently, I am unpredictable.

Love and licks,
Cupcake

THose Irish Bells..we call them Snow Drops!

Leash walking is the norm around here...and we can give more hints at how to get two leashes tangled up, BOL!
*She* tried a coupler but that was not a great idea either...

Those little white bell flowers are given to women on the first day of spring in France. They are called brin de muguet or lilly of the valley. Mama's mama used to wear the perfume with that scent, called Diorissima.
