Way back in May the Mexican Tarragon was blooming and the fennel was looking pretty. The Tarragon still looks nice, but the Tarragon isn't doing so well. We are hoping it comes back in the Spring. It doesn't like Winter.
The Gardenias don't just look pretty they smell fantastic. Unfortunately we didn't really get to enjoy them due to all the rain we got.
The Squash one of the FEW veggies we got to pick before the rains came and drowned the squash, and please note they were in raised beds.
The Strawberries.
Mums, they do like cool weather and are having a ball in the greenhouse blooming.

Butterfly enjoying our lime/lemon tree, we don't know which it is as we got it as a cutting from the Grandparents and Grandpa coudln't remember which one he rooted. It is probably laying eggs.
We love how it is pale yellow on it's underside. ~ATCAD

Your plants and flowers help to warm us up here on the frozen tundra. We are getting a few days of 40 - 50 degree weather to help melt some of the snow.
Mom loves gardenias but they probably wouldn't do well here. You are making her think Spring:)

LOVE gardenias. Love squash. Love all the flowers and love gardens.
It may be a few months before we'll see such delights again, but hey, we've already made it through ten days of January!
Thank you for your pictures of spring. We need the reminder winter will end!
Nice photos. I can't wait for some garden fresh strawberries and summer squash.
Lovely to see such beauty in the middle of such a cold/snowy wintertime.
